They’ve reported on the royal couple with mixed opinion over the past year, but this time the Mail on Sunday has taken its storytelling too far in the eyes of the Duke and Duchess of Sussex. They have taken the unusual decision to sue the newspaper’s publisher for alleged misuse of private information, infringement of copyright and breach of the Data Protection Act after it allegedly unlawfully published a private letter that Meghan, Duchess of Sussex had written to her estranged father.
