No, this isn't the 1980s. Or the late 2000s. But yes, the Boston Celtics and Los Angeles Lakers are back atop the NBA power structure three weeks into the 2019-20 season. Once bitter rivals, the Celtics and Lakers are the top teams in the Eastern and Western Conferences this week, respectively.

The Celtics haven't lost since opening night, while the Lakers rattled off seven straight wins before losing to the shorthanded Raptors on Sunday night. Speaking of Toronto, it just keeps churning out wins and finds itself one of the league's five seven-win teams, along with the Celtics, Lakers, Bucks and Nuggets. As for the Bucks, Giannis Antetokounmpo is putting up insane numbers to almost single-handedly keep his team winning.

Now would be a good time to remind everyone that these rankings reflect the best teams in the league right now, and vary from week to week based on recent performance. Here are this week's NBA Power Rankings.
