The body of missing Atlanta student Alexis Crawford was discovered in a park near her apartment — and her roommate’s boyfriend has been charged with her murder, according to a report.

Crawford, 21, disappeared from her apartment near the Clark Atlanta University campus about a week ago, days after she reported “unwanted kissing and touching from Barron Brantley,” her roommate’s boyfriend, according to Atlanta Police Chief Erika Shields.

Crawford’s roommate, 21-year-old Jordyn Jones — who has also been named as a suspect in the case — reported her missing Nov. 1, after waking up and discovering Crawford, her iPhone, ID and debit card were gone.

One of the suspects led investigators to her body, CNN reported.

Brantley, also 21, was arrested Friday and charged with murder along with three probation violations.

Crawford’s family remembered her as the “apple of their eye,” said a rep for the family, Rev. Markel Hutchins.

“Alexis’ mother was literally unable to speak. All that she could do was listen as I tried to console and comfort her,” Hutchins said. “Alexis’ father said, ‘If they wanted to take somebody’s life they could have taken mine. They didn’t have to kill my baby, they didn’t have to kill her.'”
