Turkey has blamed the Kurdish YPG forces for an attack on a Syrian border town that killed at least 13 people.
About 20 others were injured when a car bomb exploded in a market in Tal Abyad. The town is controlled by Turkey and has seen several bombings since the offensive into northern Syria began last month.
Turkey wants to clear the area of Kurdish fighters and create a so-called safe zone to allow for Syrian refugees to return.
Al Jazeera's Hashem Ahelbarra reports from Sanliurfa near the Turkish-Syrian border.
