Sen. Kamala Harris is restructuring her presidential campaign by redeploying staffers to Iowa and laying off dozens of aides at her Baltimore headquarters as she fights to revive her struggling 2020 bid, according to a new report.

The moves come as Harris is running low on cash and in danger of lacking the resources to mount a competitive bid against rivals with bigger war chests in the Hawkeye State.

Layoffs or transfers will affect her headquarters as well as operations in New Hampshire, Nevada and her home state of California, Politico reported.

Campaign manager Juan Rodriguez will cut his own salary, which was just over $10,000 a month, according to a memo obtained by the website.

Harris’ consultants will also have their payments reduced and the campaign hopes to renegotiate other contracts to slash overhead.

The changes are her latest move to help a campaign that was once viewed as a possible early-state powerhouse.

In the memo, Rodriguez describes an “incredibly competitive resource environment” — competition for campaign cash among the large Democratic field.
