Prime Day will be over before you know it…

For two days only, Amazon Prime subscribers can score deals on thousands and thousands of products across the site, with some of them even hitting the lowest prices ever. One of those product categories you’ll find great savings on is electronics, and even more specifically, soundbars.

Instead of making your high-quality TV carry sound on its own, you can pair it with a soundbar — now, most come with premium formats like DTS:X and Dolby Atmos built-in. It’s easy to achieve cinematic surround sound at any price point and no matter how big or small you need the device itself to be.

A note on purchasing: most soundbars have a “speaker channel” number — for example, a 5.1.2 channel soundbar means there are five speaker channels in the bar itself, one wireless subwoofer, and two rear speakers necessary if you want true surround sound. Obviously, the higher these numbers, the bigger the sound might be.
