Call of Duty: Warzone's popular Rebirth Island map returns with the launch of Season 3 on April 3, and Activision has released a new trailer to showcase the upcoming map. There are a few changes to the island, and a new sniper rifle is teased. Here are a few details we spotted.

Rebirth Island hasn't been featured in the console or PC version of Warzone since the launch of Warzone 2, and while the layout is mostly the same with familiar points of interest, the map isn't exactly as we last saw it.

Now Playing: Modern Warfare III - Rebirth Island Season 3 Warzone Launch Trailer

As shown above, the beginning of the trailer briefly shows operators popping flares and swimming in underwater tunnels, so there looks to be sneaky new ways to move around the map. Another major map change is that the island's lighthouse has fallen, causing damage to the popular Prison POI.

Leakers have previously suggested that Season 3's new weapons are from 2014's Call of Duty: Advanced Warfare, and the ending of the trailer seemingly confirms at least one of those guns. One of the operators is holding a weapon that looks much like the MORS sniper rifle from Advanced Warfare.

For those who don't want to wait to play Rebirth Island on April 3, the map is currently available in Call of Duty: Warzone Mobile with cross-progression. Here are all the rumors and announcements about Season 3 so far.
