Season 1 of Call of Duty: Modern Warfare 3 arrives on December 6, bringing with it the game's integration with Warzone and the Urzikstan Map. A new Call of Duty trailer shows some of the action players can expect on the upcoming map. The full trailer can be viewed below.

Urzikstan replaces Al Mazrah as Warzone's new standard map for Season 1, and the trailer shows a close look at some of the new POIs, which includes a few urban city locations. The map features 11 named points of interest and a brand-new Gulag.

Now Playing: Call of Duty: Warzone - 'Urzikstan' Official Launch Trailer | New Season 1 Map

Players who own Modern Warfare 3 will likely already be familiar with the new map, as Urzikstan is currently available to play in Zombies mode. However, one feature exclusive to the battle royale-version of the map is the new drivable train.

Brief segments of the trailer show off some of the battle royale's other vehicle options, with helicopters and boats returning. Underwater combat also returns. As previously announced, the Season 1 update for Warzone includes better visibility for water combat and players will now be equipped with a backup pistol. This dedicated pistol is available when swimming, climbing ladders, and ledge hanging, so players aren't left unarmed in these vulnerable situations.

Season 1 of Warzone will include some holiday spirit with the Santa's Slayground event. During this event there will be a limited-time mode where players can loot holiday trees, encounter "Zombie Santa", and go undead deer hunting.

For Modern Warfare 3, the Season 1 update includes brand-new core multiplayer maps, the return of Gunfight, and new LTMs. Zombies mode is getting a new story act, more schematics to unlock, and a new Wonder Weapon.
