RICHMOND, Va (WRIC) -- Travel weather for those of you who are headed out to start your Christmas Vacation is looking relatively quiet with the exception of the Gulf Coast region tomorrow through Monday.

If you're going to be traveling around the Mid Atlantic, let's say out to Roanoke or maybe over to Norfolk or up to D.C., the main thing will be a steady warm-up in temperatures as we go from Friday and the weekend and into early next week. 

RICHMOND, Va. (WRIC) -- Changes are made to the Maury Street exit ramp along Interstate 95 in Richmond following a crash that left three motorcyclists dead.

The bikers lost control on the ramp heading toward I-95 South back in September. Flowers now mark the spot on the where husband and wife John and Roxann Todt, and Teresa Sexton, lost their lives.

CHESTERFIELD COUNTY, Va. (WRIC) -- Police are investigating a two-vehicle crash in Chesterfield County on Thursday that killed one person and has closed a portion of Genito Road in all directions.

Police said a Honda sedan was going eastbound on Genito Road when it crossed the westbound lane. The sedan then went into a ditch before going back on the road and striking a Jeep traveling west. Investigators believe speed could have been a factor in the crash.
