Usually a Good Story, No Substitute for the News
I don’t like that he says “here’s what else you need to know today” before throwing out one or two quick headlines at the end. It doesn’t even hit all the major headlines.
It’s a surprisingly shoddy way to follow a solid long-form story... it also makes their US political stories sound pathological—having a half-hour on Mayor Pete before briefly mentioning a humanitarian crisis.
