The quiet four bedroom home was the most-viewed residential listing on realestate.com.au in the past week as curious Neighbours fans took a peak at the photos.
Harcourts Judd White director told realestate.com.au that the home has so far received more calls from fans from the UK than Melburnians looking to move.
“We’ve had more calls from the UK than Melbourne, so far,” Dexter Prack said.

Prack believes UK-based expat and Neighbours super-fan Andrew Whitney - who has already purchased two homes on the famous street - will put in an offer.
“We had an inquiry from there before it hit the internet, and I’m guessing that was probably him,” Prack said.
“I have got a feeling the guy is going to have a red hot crack, talk is that he wants the whole street.
“But the owners are definitely going to auction, so he will have to make the winning bid.”
The house comes with two bathrooms and two car spots and is described by Harcourts as one of the “most iconic homes” offered by ‘Ramsay Street’ in several decades.
