I read Laura’s book about time a few years ago and when I saw she had a podcast I just had to check it out. This roughly five minute show is packed with tips to make your life better and fits perfectly into my morning routine because it’s so brief. I love that I can finish my workout and listen to an entire podcast that is incredibly helpful and relevant to my life while sipping my pre shower mug of coffee. Well done Laura Vaderkam!
