Self-defense expert Ryan Spink made a name for himself with more than three decades of experience in martial arts. However, he recently passed away due to an unfortunate accident in Los Angeles, California. UFC star Dominick Reyes has shared a post as a tribute to the famous instructor to which the fans have shared their reactions as well.

Ryan Spink was a highly accomplished martial artist. He had a total of six black belts across several disciplines. Spink also served as the head instructor of the Cobra Kai Gym in Victorville, California.

Ryan Spink recently worked a shift at a USFL tournament, after which he and his wife, Stacey, were traveling back home to their residence. However, their car started giving them some trouble on their way back and they decided to pull over to check what the problem was. They were waiting for help to arrive at the scene when a drunk driver hit and injured the couple.

The couple suffered severe injuries, as Ryan Spink met his demise after struggling with his wounds. However, UFC star Dominick Reyes wasted no time sharing some gracious words for the self-defense expert.

After his UFC 281 loss, Reyes has been working hard for his future fights. However, after the untimely demise of Ryan Spink, he shared some unfeigned words of gratitude for the popular martial arts figure. He wrote: “We lost a legend today! See you on the other side my Brother! I will take the knowledge you have bestowed upon to the belt! Stay in shape! We are gonna work when I get up there ”
